免散瞳眼底照相在糖尿病视网膜病变筛查中的价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究免散瞳眼底照相在糖尿病视网膜病变筛查中的应用价值。方法选取邓州市中心医院2014年5月至2015年4月收治的56例糖尿病患者,共112眼,对其实施直接检眼镜眼底检查及免散瞳眼底照相检查,将直接检眼镜眼底检查作为金标准,分析免散瞳眼底照相检查检出情况。结果 56例糖尿病患者共112眼,直接检眼镜检查显示21眼DR,91眼正常;免散瞳眼底照相检查显示19眼DR,93眼正常。两种检查方法符合率为92.86%(104/112)。经免散瞳彩色眼底照相共检出19眼DR,其中DRⅠ期6眼,DRⅡ期10眼,DRⅢ期1眼,全视网膜光凝术后2眼。结论免散瞳眼底照相检查准确率较高,在糖尿病视网膜病变筛查中具有推广与应用价值。
