摘要
目的了解青岛市市北区基层口腔诊疗机构消毒效果现状,积极采取干预措施,提高消毒合格率控制院内感染。方法选取该城区169家基层口腔诊疗机构,连续2年进行消毒质量监测,期间采取相应院感控制干预措施,并对监测结果进行比对分析。结果2014年消毒质量监测结果合格率为43.57%,实施干预措施后的2015年监测结果合格率为65.11%,干预前后的合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.046,P<0.05)。手机喷口水和水源水的合格率分别为37.42%和90.88%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=22.781,P<0.01)。结论采取加强技术培训、加大宣传教育力度、健全各项管理制度并监督实施等干预措施,可以有效提高基层口腔诊疗机构消毒质量,降低院内感染。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of primary dental clinics in Shibei District of Qingdao,and actively take intervention measures to improve the pass rate of disinfection,so as to control nosocomial infection.Methods A total of 169 primary dental clinics in the city were selected to monitor the disinfection quality for two consecutive years.During the period,the corresponding hospital sensation control interventions were adopted,and the monitoring results were analyzed and compared.Results The qualified rate of disinfection quality monitoring results in 2014 was 43.57%.After the implementation of intervention measures,the qualified rate of monitoring results in 2015 was 65.11%.There was statistical significance on the difference in the qualified rate before and after intervention(χ^2=4.046,P<0.05).The qualified rates of mobile phone nozzle water and source water were respectively 37.42%and 90.88%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=22.781,P<0.01).Conclusion Interventions such as strengthening technical training,strengthening publicity and education,improving management systems and supervising implementation can effectively improve the disinfection quality of primary dental clinics and prevent hospital internal infection.
