摘要
高等教育自学考试是个人自学、社会助学和国家考试三者的有机结合。命题工作是自学考试的核心环节,是考试能否成功的关键,关系到此项国家考试的权威性、严肃性和公平性。命题管理队伍是命题工作的组织者和管理者,命题教师是整个命题工作的灵魂,二者能力水平和自身素质的高低对命题质量的好坏起着决定性作用。
The Self-taught Higher Education Examination integrates self-study, training courses and the national examinations. The test development is the core work, and the key to success. It relates to the authority, the seriousness and the fairness of the national examinations. The team workers, which manage the test development, are the organizer and the manager. And the test developer are the soul. Both of them play decisive roles in the test development.
