摘要
目的观察仙方活命饮促进低位肛周脓肿患者一期根治术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法选取80例低位肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象,并随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。2组均予一期根治术治疗,术后治疗组给予仙方活命饮口服,对照组给予抗生素静脉滴注,2组均给药7 d。比较2组患者的创面愈合时间、肉芽生长情况评分、创面愈合率、血白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞比率(N%)及血清人表皮生长因子(EGF)含量。结果治疗组创面愈合时间为(23.73±2.75)d,对照组为(29.24±2.97)d,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后第7天、15天创面愈合率显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后第7天、15天肉芽组织生长情况评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组术后第3天、7天血WBC及N%与同组术前比较显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),但与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组术后第7天、15天血清EGF含量显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论仙方活命饮能促进低位肛周脓肿一期根治术后创面的愈合,在抑制炎症方面与合理、正规地使用抗生素无明显差异。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xianfang Huoming Yin in healing the wound after primary radical surgery for low perianal abscess. Methods 80 patients with low perianal abscess were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases each group. After primary radical surgery for all patents, the treatment group took Xianfang Huoming Yin orally while the control group was intervened with intravenous drip of antibiotics, all for 7 days. Time of wound healing, growth of granulation tissue grading, wound healing rate, WBC, neutrophile granulocyte and the content of serum EGF were compared. Results Time of wound healing in treat-ment group and control group were （23.73±2.75） d and （29.2±2.97） d respectively, the difference was statisti- cally significant （P〈0.05） ;wound healing rates on 7^th day and 15^th day in treatment group were much higher than that in control group, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05） ; score on the growth of granulation tissue in treat- ment group was lower than that in control group, the difference was significant （ P〈0. 05） ;WBC and neutrophile granulocyte on 3^rd day and 7^th day after surgery reduced more than before in both groups, the differences were signi- ficant （ P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01 ） , but no difference on group comparison （P〉0. 05 ） ;content of serum EGF of treatment group on 7^th day and 15^thday after surgery was much higher than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xianfang Huoming Yin can improve the wound healing in patients with low perianal ab- scess alter surgery to some extent. In inhibiting inflammation,Xianfang Huoming Yin has the same effect as rational usage of antibiotics.
