摘要
中医托法在外科疾病的治疗过程中占据举足轻重的地位,是重要的外科内治法之一,炎症反应和凝血异常均是外科炎性疾病最显著的特点,不仅炎症变化能导致凝血功能的异常,凝血功能异常也能影响炎症发展。本文通过对外科炎性疾病凝血状态及相关机制的阐述,探讨中医托法对外科炎性疾病凝血状态的影响。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plays an important role in the treatment of surgical diseases.It isone of the important surgical treatments.Inflammatory reaction and abnormal coagulation are the most significant characteristics of surgical inflammatory diseases.Not only can inflammatory changes lead to abnormal coagulation function,but also abnormal coagulation function can affect the development of inflammation.In this paper,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on coagulation status of surgical inflammatory diseases was further discussed by expounding the coagulation state and related mechanism of surgical inflammatory diseases.
