摘要
研究旨在利用胡萝卜种植过程中产生的大量残次胡萝卜经过果胶酶、纤维素酶的双酶解,进一步发酵、蒸馏最终生成酒精。研究主要对影响双酶解的条件进行优化,通过单因素、正交实验得到最佳的酶解条件,为最终的酒精发酵打下基础。以期探索残次胡萝卜酒精工业化生产的可行性。
In this research, defective carrots were alcoholic fermented by pectinase and cellulase, and distilled to alcohol.the major section of this research were optimized enzymatic hydrolysis conditions by single factor, orthogonal experiment.To explore the feasibility of defective carrot industrial production of fuel alcohol.
