摘要
烧结气氛的正确选择及其控制对烧结后部件的性能至关重要。这里所谓的控制主要是指对气氛中氧及碳浓度 (含量 )的控制 ,因为两者均对烧结的质量及其后部件的力学性能、烧结表面质量等具有决定性的作用。本文综述了PM钢烧结过程中所用的不同的烧结气氛 ,阐述不同气氛的作用及其影响 ,着重分析不同气氛中碳势及氧浓度的控制 。
The right choice and control of the sintering atmosphere is very important for the properties of sintered components. Atmospheric control refers mainly to the control of the carbon and oxygen potential (content), since both have a crucial effect on the quality of sintering, the mechanical properties and the surface finishing of the sintered components. The present paper summarises different atmospheres used for sintering of PM steels. Using some examples, the effect and influence of different sintering atmospheres is discussed with special emphasis on the control of the carbon potential and oxygen content in the sintering atmosphere.
