摘要 通过对煤油加空气渗碳碳势控制技术的研究,探讨了煤油加空气渗碳过程中各工艺参数对碳势的影响。结果表明,炉内气氛碳势与氧势和CO2值有良好的对应关系。在生产中应用两年多来的结果证明这是一种操作简单、稳定可靠的可控气氛。 By the investigation on the carbon potential control technology of the carburizing atmosphere of kerosene mixed with air,the effect of the factors on carbon potential is discussed. It shows that the carbon poteptial of the atmosphere has a good correspondent relationship with the value of oxygen potential and carbon dioxide. This technology has been used in production for two years,and it is confirmed that this is a simple in operation,stable and reliable controlled atmosphere.
