利用电阻探头测量控制碳势的一种方法——电阻法,可直接测量控制炉气碳势,这是一种具有微处理机的装置,既可用于吸热式气氛,又可适用于氮基渗碳气氛及各种滴注式气氛。仪器的测量和控制精度;碳势<±0.02％C,渗碳层深度<±0.1mm,温度<±1℃。
Use a resistance probe to measure and control temperature as well as carbon potential. Such a device, with microprocessor, can not only he applied to endothermic atmosphere but to nitro-based atmosphere and various drop feed atmosphere. The measuring and controlling accuracy are: carbon potential; < ± 0.02%C, carburized depth, < ±0.1mm, temperature< ± 1℃.
