摘要
通过分析动态心电图室性心动过速(室速)的出现时相,发现室速有明显的昼夜规律,日间多于夜间。但3～5搏的室速与5搏以上的室速昼夜规律不同,前者高峰在11～15时之间,而后者高峰在9～11时。清醒时3～5搏室速多于睡眠时,而5搏以上室速无显著差异。
Analyses of 1343 episodes of ventricular tachycardia (VT) from 228 24-hour electrocardiographic tapes showed that VT exhibited circadian rhythm.The circadian rhythm of VT with 3-5 ectopic beats(VTS-5)was significantly different from that of VT with more than 5 beats (VTm). The peak of VT3-5 was between 11-15 o'clock and that of VTm between 9-11 o'clock. VT3-5 occurred more frequently during awakening than sleeping (p<0.05), but VTm did not show this difference.
