摘要
目的探讨冠心病患者发生心律失常及心肌缺血的时间分布规律。方法采用美国MGY HOTER12.NET3导联动态心电图分析系统,采用人机对话,专人测量分析心律失常及心肌缺血,冠心病患者216例进行24心电监测,比较发生心律失常及心肌缺血的次数、时间分布规律。结果6.12时段是心率最快峰值期,室性、室上性,房颤及间隙性束支阻滞发生频率最高对段,同时也是ST段压低最明显时段,0~6时段是心率最慢峰值期,也是窦房阻滞、窦性静止及房室传导阻滞发生的高对段。结论冠心病患者24h的心律失常及ST段改变都具有明显的昼夜分布节律,而避免在晨闭及上午进行较大强度的锻炼或活动,可减少冠心病患者心律失常的发生率。
Objective To investigate the distribution law of attack time of coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia. Methods To Use the MGY HLTER12. NET3 dynamic electrocardiogram analysis system to check arrhythmia times and time distribution law of 216 coronary heart disease patients iwth arrhythmia. The checking time were 24 hours. Results 612 hour was the fastest peak stage of the heart rate. In this period, the rate of ventrieular premature, supraventrieular premature and intermittently bundle branch block was the highest. 06 hour was the the slowest peak stage of the heart rate and the attack peak period of sinoatrialblock, sinus standstill and atrioventricular block. Conclusion It can reduce the attack rate of arhythmia of coronary heart disease patients to void making sports in the morning.
