摘要
应用动态心电图监测 5 0例无症状性心肌缺血患者并用硝苯地平和或消心痛治疗以观察其治疗效果。经每半年做一次动态心电图并随访其结果。在随访中发生心梗 ,不稳定型心绞痛、死亡为随访终结。经平均 36 .8月的随访和平均每人 5 .5次动态心电图的监测 ,结果表明 :治疗前和治疗后无症状心肌缺血无显著改善 ,死亡 7例 ,发生不稳定型心绞痛 6例 ,心梗 4例 。
cases with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia were monitored by ambulatory ECG and therapeutic effects of nifedipine and sorbide nitrate on asymptomatic myocardial ischemia were observed.The results of follow up and ambulatory ECG examination were carried out once a half year.The recurrence of myocardial infarction,death and unstable angina pectoris were recorded as follow up ends.The mean period of follow up was 36.8 months,the Holter′s examination was 5.5 times.The results showed no significant difference before and after drugs treatment.7 cases of death,6 cases of unstable angina pectoris and 4 cases of myocardial infarction occurred,suggesting that treatments of long term unselective nifedipine and/or sorbide nitrate on asymptomatic myocardial ischemia were not effective.
