摘要
目的:研究酶解法提取女贞子中红景天苷的工艺条件,并且与其他提取方法进行比较。方法:通过单因素试验和正交实验对酶解提取工艺进行优化,并将酶解法与超声提取法、闪式提取法和回流提取法等方法进行比较。结果:优化后的酶解提取工艺中红景天苷提取率为0.90%。酶解法和超声提取法的提取率相近,而闪式提取法和回流提取法的提取率比较低。结论:与其他方法相比,酶解法提取红景天苷提取率高,操作简单,有利于企业大生产。
Objective： To research on extraction process of salidroside from Ligustrum lucidum with enzymatic method. Methods： The enzymatic extraction process was optimized by single factor tests and orthogonal experiments, compared with ultrasonic extraction, flash extraction and reflux extraction methods, etc. Results： The optimum conditions were obtained. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of salidroside was 0.90%. The enzymatic method and ultrasonic extraction method were similar with respect to the extraction rates. The extraction rates by flash extraction and reflux extraction methods were relatively lower. Conclusion： Compared with other methods, the enzymatic method has the advantages in simple operation, the higher extraction rate and the enterprise production.
