摘要
目的建立胃祥宁颗粒中红景天苷的含量测定方法。方法采用RPHPLC法，色谱柱为Hypersil C18（BDS）（200mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈水（6：94），流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为275nm，柱温为室温。结果红景天苷在0．144644．52μg与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9999，n=6），平均加样回收率为99．71％，RSD为1．69％（n=6）。结论本法专属性强且简便准确，可用于胃祥宁颗粒的含量测定。
Objective To establish a determination method for Weixiangning granules. Methods RP-HPLC method was set up, column was Hypersil C18 （200 mn× 4.6 mm, 5 μm）, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （6 ： 94） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1 , and the detection wavelength was 275 nm at room temperature. Results Sali droside was linear within 0. 144 6-4.52μg, the correlation coefficient r=0. 999 9, the average recovery was 99.71%, RSD=1. 69% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and stable, and can be used for the content determination of Weixiangning granules.
