摘要
目的测定女贞子中齐墩果酸、熊果酸的含量.方法采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent 1100高效液相色谱系统,Shim-Pack型C18柱(4.6mm×150mm),乙腈-甲醇-水-乙酸胺(70:16:14:0.5)为流动相,流速1ml·min-1.结果回归方程为:齐墩果酸Y=4330.4X-11.682,r=0.9998,线性范围0.01～0.40mg·mL-1;熊果酸Y=2928.4X-11.945,r=0.9998,线性范围0.01～0.40mg·mi-1;齐墩果酸平均回收率为96.9%,RSD=1.1%;熊果酸平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.0%.结论该方法可使齐墩果酸和熊果酸达到基线分离,定量准确、快速.
OBJECTIVE To determinate oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in the Fruits of Ligustrum lucidum. METHODS By HPLC with Agilent 1100 as its chromatographic system,and Shim-Pack C18 column is applied with CH3CN-CH3OH-H2O-NH4Ac（70 ： 16： 14： 0. 5）as its moble phase（flow rate： 1ml· min^-1）. RESULTS Regression equations of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid are respectively, Y = 4330.4X- 11. 682, r = 0. 9998, lenear rang： 0.01 -0.40 mg · mL^-1 and Y= 2928.4X- 11. 945,r = 0, 9998, lenear range：0,01 - 0.40mg · mL^-1 . Average recoveries of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid are 96.9% with a RSD=1. 1% and 98. 6% with a RSD= 1.0 % respectively. CONCLUSION It is an accurate and quick method to baseline-separate oleanolic acid and ursolic acid.
