摘要
采用炭化、灰化、能量弥散的X线分析(EDAX)、X射线衍射及红外分析,对TANFOR^(TM)T系列鞣剂的化学组成及结构进行研究,通过分析测试结果结合相关文献资料,推测了TANFOR^(TM)T的化学组成与结构。采用单因素试验法考察鞣制初始p H值、提碱终点p H值、提碱剂、鞣剂用量、提碱后温度及其扩液时间。以鞣制坯革的收缩温度作为考察指标,研究TANFOR^(TM)T的鞣制性能并筛选出最佳鞣制工艺条件,为研究TANFOR^(TM)T系列鞣剂的鞣制机理、工艺技术及应用性能奠定基础。
The chemical composition and structure of TANFORTMT series tanning agents were studied by means of carbonization,ashing,energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared analysis (IR).The chemical composition and structure of TANFORTMT were deduced by analyzing the testing results and relevant literatures.The tanning initial pH value,basifying ending pH value,basifying agent,dosage of tanning agent,basifying ending temperature and water-added time were studied by single factor testing method.The tanning properties of TANFORTMT and the optimum tanning conditions were discussed using the shrinkage temperature as research index.It provides a foundation for the study of tanning mechanism,technology and application performance of TAN-FORTMT series tanning agents.
