无甲醛三嗪树脂复鞣剂TPR的合成及应用性能 被引量:4

Synthesis and application of formaldhyde free triazine derivatives TPR

摘要 以三聚氯氰、对氨基苯磺酸钠、乙二胺为原料,合成了一种三嗪树脂TPR,并用其代替常规氨基树脂复鞣皮革,对比了两者的应用性能差异。结果表明:TPR复鞣成革中无游离甲醛,耐光性达到4级以上,柔软度、丰满度等感官性能均与常规氨基树脂复鞣皮革相当。 A triazine derivatives polymer named TPR was synthesized using cyanuric chloride,sodium p-aminobenzene sulfonate and ethylenediamine as raw materials.The application performance of TPR in retanning was compared with conventional amino resins.The results show that barely no formaldehyde is detected in TPR retanned leather.The light fastness of the retanned leather is above grade 4.The organoleptic properties,such as softness and fullness,are comparable to those of traditional amino resins retanned leather.
