摘要
针对中哈原油管道输量增加,且存在容积式流量计故障频发的问题,在不停输的情况下,先利用二路旁通安装两套科里奥利质量流量计,采用原有的检定系统进行临时检定;然后将原有三路容积式流量计计量回路改造为二路科里奥利质量流量计和一路应急旁通,同时对原水标罐及体积管进行改造。中哈两国计量院联合对改造后的四路质量流量计进行检定,检定完成后立即投入使用,不影响当月输油任务的完成,实现了不停输工况下的计量系统改造。
Beeause of the transportation volume inerease of China-Kazakhstan crude oil pipeline and the frequent failures of volumetric flowmcters, under the condition of continuous transmission, firstly, two sets of Coriolis mass flowmeters are installed by two-way bypass, and the original verification system is used tot temporat3' verification; then, the original three-way volumetric flowmeter measuring elfcult was replaced by two-way Corinlis mass flnwmeter and one-way emergency bypass, and the original water tank and vnhune tube were reformed. After the joint verification of Metrology Institutes of China and Kazakhstan, the four-way mass flowmcter was put inlo use. The reeonstruction process does not affect the completion of the oil transportation task in the month, and realizes the transformation of the metering system under the condition of non-stop transmission.
