摘要
针对七东1区克拉玛依组油藏聚合物驱地面工艺的关键技术、设备进行了分析并评价了该工艺的现场应用情况。七东1区采用单泵对6井与单泵对单井相结合的配注入方式,具有能耗低、粘损小、操作简便的优点;SK型静态混合器对聚合物粘度损失在3%以下,满足地面工艺的注入要求。地面注入工艺系统投入使用后,粘度损失率最大为16.39%,对聚合物粘度影响较小。
The ground process of Polymer Flooding Technology of Qidongyi Karamay Group Reservoir the key technology of polymer flooding of technique and equipment were analyzed and the process of field application was evaluated. Single pump of 6 Wells and single pump for single well were combined of injection mode with low energy consumption, low viscosity loss and easy operation. Dry powder weighing module implemented accurate configuration of mother liquor. SK type static mixer on the polymer viscosity loss is below 3%, which satisfies the requirement of surface technique of injection. After the Ground injection process system is put into use, viscosity loss rate of maximum is 16.39%.
