摘要
通过分析立式金属罐测量密度容易被忽视的4个细节,对不均匀油品如何准确进行密度测量进行了探讨,并对不均匀油品未增加测量点造成的数量差异进行了分析。建议增加测量点,对多点测量结果进行算术平均得出较为准确的整罐油品的密度,最大程度得出准确的油品数量。
Four details which are easily neglected when measuring the product oil density in a vertical metal tank are analyzed. An exam- ple is given to discuss how to accurately measure the density of uneven oil products, and the error caused by the no increase of measuring points are analyzed. It is suggested to increase the measuring points and to make an arithmetic average of the multi-point measurement results to obtain a more accurate density of the oil in the tank, so as to obtain the quantity of oil in the tank as accurately as possible, and to ensure the accuracy of the oil depot accounts.
