摘要
涉馆失效专利是指与图书馆有关的申报专利最终未获得批准、或者已获得授权但又因各种原因失去法律保护的专利.涉馆失效专利技术虽然失去了专利法的保护,但它仍然具有一定的利用价值.近年来,涉馆失效专利技术越来越多,如何提高对这些涉馆失效专利资源认识,搞清它们形成的原因和应用价值,尽快将这些涉馆失效专利转化为图书馆建设的现实生产力.
Despite the lack of protection of the patent law, the significance of invalid patents are still undisputed,and the related proprietary technologies are still a golden hill waiting for people to exploit.How to transform these invalid patents. i.e. the technologies and information to be developed into practical productivity of the library construction, is the key point of this paper.
