摘要
从专利与失效专利的定义和作用入手,利用中国知识产权局的专利信息服务平台,对山西省2011—2014年的失效专利进行了检索,并从总体态势、专利类型、技术领域和申请人等方面对其进行了分析,研究了山西省近4年来失效专利的特点,提出了合理利用现有失效专利的建议。
Starting from the definitions and functions of the patent and invalid patent, and by using the patent information service platform of China＇s State Intellectual Property Office, this paper retrieves the invalid patents of Shanxi Province in the period of 2011—2014, and analyzes them from aspects of overall situation, patent type, technical field and applicant, studies the features of the invalid patents of Shanxi Province in this period, and puts forward some suggestions on the rational utilization of existing invalid patents.
