摘要
在北京市2009—2018年失效专利的数据基础上,详细分析了2018年北京市失效专利产生的主要原因,包括失效专利的总体维持年数、各类型专利失效的占比及其原因、高频被引证专利失效的原因和不同申请主体专利失效的原因等,并在此基础上提出相应促进北京市知识产权发展的对策和建议。
Based on the data of invalid patents in Beijing from 2009 to 2018, this article gives a detailed analysis of main reasons of invalid patents in Beijing in 2018, including the number of years which invalid patents maintain, the proportion of failures of various patents types and their causes, the causes of highly cited invalid patents, the main owner and etc. It puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of intellectual property rights in Beijing.
