摘要
十八大以来,我国脱贫攻坚取得显著成绩,但也面临诸多问题和挑战。解决存在问题必须深化精准扶贫。学习习近平总书记近期关于脱贫攻坚的重要论述,深化精准扶贫需要把握和处理好脱贫攻坚目标的"当前"与"长远",精准扶贫的"理想"与"现实",顶层设计的"理论"与"实践",扶贫脱贫的"主体"与"客体",政府市场社会的"协同"与"动员"以及精准脱贫的"绝对"与"相对"等六个方面的辩证关系。
The years since the 18 th National Congress of CP C has witnessed not only the great achievement made in the critical areas of poverty relief but also the emergence of some problems and challenges. The solution to those problems relies on deepening the precision poverty relief. Based on P resident XI's recent expounding on dealing with the critical links in poverty relief,we believe that deepening the precision poverty relief should be preceded by treating well the six relations—the present and the future in cracking the critical links in shaking off poverty,the ideal and the reality in precision poverty relief,the theory and practice in the top-level design,the subject and the object,and the collaboration and mobilization of government,market and society in aiding the poor,and the absolute and the relative of the precision poverty relief.
