摘要
现代学徒制对我国职业教育发展有重要作用。在我国现代学徒制的实施过程中存在课程观缺少职业特性,课程目标存在偏差,课程内容较为单一,课程合作模式处于浅层次等问题。因此,现代学徒制课程体系应加强改革,树立工作本位的课程观,确立以综合职业能力为课程目标,基于工作任务开发课程内容。在此基础上,加强校企融合的深度,提高职业教育人才培养的质量。
Modem apprentice system plays an important role in the development of vocational education in China. However, in the process of implementation of modem apprenticeship, severe problems still remain, such as short of professional characteristics in curriculum concept, deviation in curriculum objectives, insufficient curriculum contents, and the shallowness of cooperation mode. Therefore, the construction of the curriculum system of modem apprenticeship should be enhanced. Work-oriented curriculum con- cept should be established, the curriculum objectives based on comprehensive professional ability should be set up, and curriculum contents based on work tasks should be developed. On the above basis, the cooperation between colleges and enterprises should be deepened to improve quality of talents training in higher vocational education.
