摘要
现代学徒制作为高职院校大力开展的新型培养模式,在康复治疗技术专业实施中遇到困难与问题,从人才培养方案的制定、争取政府加大支持力度、建设高质量双师型教学团队、提高企业参与积极性等方面对现代学徒制在康复治疗技术专业应用中的问题提出有效对策,从而更好地促进现代学徒制的实施发展。
Modern apprenticeship is a new training mode vigorously developed in higher vocational colleges.It has encountered difficulties and problems in the implementation of rehabilitation treatment technology major.This paper puts forward the problems in the application of modern apprenticeship in rehabilitation treatment technology major from the aspects of the formulation of talent training program,striving for more support from the government,building a high-quality dual teacher teaching team,and improving the enthusiasm of enterprise participation Effective countermeasures,so as to better promote the implementation and development of modern apprenticeship.
