"递进式模拟"实验教学模式在护理技能培训中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 规范护士操作技能,促进护理工作"三贴近".方法 打破铜仁市人民医院传统的护理技能培训模式,尝试"递进式模拟"实验教学培训模式,并评价护理技能水平提高情况.结果 全院护士技能操作全面提高,同时主动学习意识增强,护理效果改善,患者满意度提高.结论 "递进式模拟"实验教学模式在护理技能培训中的开展,可以有效增强护士的护理技能操作能力及综合能力,进而提高护理服务质量,推进优质护理工作的顺利开展. Objective To standardize nurses' operation skills and promote "Three Closenesses" of nursing work. Methods The traditional nursing skills training mode of People's Hospital Tongren City were changed, progressive simulation of experimental teaching training mode was tried, and the improvement of nursing skills was evaluated. Result The operating skills of nurses were comprehensively improved, awareness of active learning was enhanced, the effect of nursing care was improved and the degree of patients' satisfaction was improved. Conclusion The carrying out of progressive simulation of experimental teaching mode in nursing skill training can effectively enhance the nurses' nursing skills and comprehensive abilities, improve the quality of nursing service and promote the quality of nursing work smoothly.
