摘要 为了研究装配式公路钢桥的辅塔连接件的承载能力,开展了辅塔连接件的承载力试验。以3个辅塔连接件试件作为研究对象,通过实体连接件的承载力试验,获取辅塔连接件的变形、应变和应力在荷载作用下的变化规律,研究辅塔连接件的承载能力和受力机理。结果表明:连接件在荷载作用下的最不利位置出现在销孔周围;连接件在试验荷载下处于弹性状态,其承载力性能和变形性能符合设计要求,有较好的安全储备;在偏载作用下,连接件仍符合设计要求。 In order to study the bearing capacity of connectors on bridge tower of portable steel highway bridges,a bearing capacity experiment was made with three connectors as experiment specimens.The variations of the deformation,strain,and stress of the connectors under loading were obtained,and the bearing capacity and the mechanical behavior of the connectors were analyzed.The results show that the control points of the connectors are around the pin holes;the connectors were in elastic stage when loaded,which means its bearing capacity and deformation property have large margin of safety;the connectors are able to meet the design requirements under eccentric loading.
