摘要
对北京将台花园网壳屋面中采用的焊接钢结构节点进行了加载试验,结果表明,节点在设计荷载工况下是安全的,具备继续承载的能力。根据试验节点的几何与材料特性建立有限元模型,施加与试验相当的荷载与约束条件,对试验过程进行全过程数值模拟。基于试验数据,有限元模型的可靠性得以验证,并得到了节点的屈服荷载与极限承载力,可以对节点的受力性能与安全性进行综合评估。
Experimental investigation of irregular welded steel joints applied in steel lattice shell of Jiangtai Winter Garden shows that the joints specimens were secure under design load condition and had considerable margin of bearing capacity.Based upon the geometrical and material characteristics of tested specimens,finite element models were set up with the program ANSYS,by means of which numerical simulation of test process was performed taking account of equivalent loading and constraints to the tests.Reliability of numerical models could be verified by the test data,and yield strength and ultimate strength of the joints were obtained so as to evaluate their mechanical performance and security.
