摘要
以某腹板开洞的大型钢结构厂房柱为对象,通过3个1∶5模型柱试件的偏心受压试验,研究试件的破坏、应变、挠曲变形以及承载力等力学性能。结果表明,大型钢结构柱腹板开洞后,其承载力以及挠曲变形特性受到较大影响;仅在孔洞周边设置加劲肋对改善开洞柱力学性能的作用有限,同时设置加劲肋并加厚周边腹板厚度的作用明显;开洞试件洞口区域的侧向变形表现为局部的剪切变形形态。
Experiment on three 1 : 5 specimens of the plant column with web opening subjected to eccentric loading is carried out to study the failure mode, the strain, deformation and bearing capacity. The experimental results exhibit that the capacity and the deformation mode are deeply suffering from the influence of web openings, The effect of improving the mechanical behavior of the column by setting the stiffeners surrounding the opening is quite limited , but evidently by setting both stiffeners and thickening the web, the local shear deformation character is presented in the opening area. The works in this paper could be a reference for the design of congener structural components.
