摘要
基于达尔文主义演化模型和拉马克主义适应观,提出组织创新演化的适应性变异—选择—保留过程,分析环境、组织和个体三层次要素对创新演化过程的影响,并应用322家高端装备制造企业的调研数据进行实证研究。结果表明,除高层管理者年龄外,其他要素对创新演化过程的三个阶段影响显著,但是影响的强度和方向存在差异。研究结果为企业在创新实践中有针对性地采取组织创新管理策略提供参考。
Based on Darwinian evolution model and Lamarckism adaptation view, the paper puts forward the adaptive mutation-selection-retention process of the organizational innovation evolution, analyzes the effects of environmental, organizational and individual factors on the innovation evolution process, and uses survey data of 322 high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to carry out the empirical research. The results show: In addition to the age of the top management, the effects of other factors on the three stages of the innovation evolution process are significant, but the intensities and directions of these effects are different. They provide some references for enterprises to adopt relevant organizational innovation management strategies in practice.
