摘要
基于企业类生命体的认识,企业演化过程是类似于生物遗传和变异的过程,是达尔文主义和拉马克主义的综合演化过程。而企业演化的本质其实是技术创新的演进过程。在外部和内部动力要素的推动下,通过模仿创新、合作创新或者自主创新实现技术创新,从而实现企业的演化。
