摘要
在创新理论和协同学的基础上,通过考察中兴通讯17年创新与发展历程,从理论和实证角度分析了企业创新协同,提出创新协同的技术创新主导型、制度创新主导型、技术创新与制度创新共同主导型等三种模式,并构建了相应的创新协同演化模型。
Based on the innovation theory and Synergetics, by investigation of the seventeen years of Zhongxing Tongxun's development, the article studies of firm's innovation synergy and its evolvement from theoretical and positive views. And three synergic modes: technology innovation domination, institution innovation domination and co-innovation of technology and institution domination and their evolvement model are brought forward in the article.
