摘要
分析化学作为一门工具学科,其实践者属于技能型人才,需要较强的实际操作能力。依托广东省珠三角地区化学化工行业的优势,以培养学生工作能力为目标,以促进就业为目的,华南农业大学材料与能源学院应用化学系以培养应用型化学人才为导向,进行了一系列的分析化学实践教学改革探索,主要包括政校企合作,实施政策扶持与导向,搭建校企共同培养人才桥梁;将学生就业指导与职业发展规划融入到课程教学实践中;校校、校企合作共建校外实践基地,共同优化人才培养方案与课程教学内容等3个方面。通过一系列的改革,应用化学系在培养学生的创新实践能力、提升学生的工作能力、提高学生的就业率等方面取得了较好的效果。
Analytical chemistry is a tool for the chemical discipline,practitioners who master the skilled need strong practical ability. Relying on Chemistry and Chemical industries at the Pearl River Delta region,in order to promote employment of students and to train their working ability,the Department of Applied Chemistry of College of Material and Energy in South China Agricultural University,took a series of teaching reform for analytical chemistry,including political cooperation with enterprises,implementation of policy support and guidance,building bridges between schools and enterprises to jointly train personnel; putting guidance and career development planning into teaching practice.School and school,school and enterprises cooperate to build a campus practice base,and optimize training program and course content. Through a series of reforms,the Department of Applied Chemistry has achieved good results in cultivating students＇ innovative practical ability,improving students＇ working ability,and improving students＇ employment rate.
