摘要
孵化网络为初创企业提供了获取外部关系的集成平台,弥补了单个创业企业资源和能力的不足。在孵企业加入孵化网络,能有效积累关系社会资本,获取创业所需稀缺性资源。以孵化网络为背景,研究在孵企业如何通过网络化嵌入积累关系社会资本,提升资源获取效率,进而提升创新绩效。以天津市181家在孵企业为样本,采用结构方程模型,验证孵化网络中在孵企业关系社会资本对创新绩效的影响及资源获取的中介效应。结果表明,孵化网络中在孵企业关系社会资本对资源获取和创新绩效均具有显著正向影响,其中信任对资源获取和创新绩效的影响大于承诺对资源获取和创新绩效的影响;资源获取对创新绩效具有显著正向影响,且对创新效率和创新效果的影响程度相似;资源获取在关系社会资本与创新绩效之间发挥部分中介效应。
Incubation network provides an integrated platform for tenants to acquire extemal relations, which makes up the deficiency of the resources and capabilities of a single tenant. In the incubation network, tenants can effectively accumulate relational social capital and obtain the scarce resources that are necessary. Taking incu- bation networks as the background, this paper gives attention on how to improve the tenants ＇ efficiency of re- source acquisition by the accumulation of relational social capital through network embedded, and then how to im- prove their innovation performance. With 181 tenants in the incubators in Tianjin City as the sample, this paper verified the influence of relational social capital of the incubated enterprises on the innovation performance and the mediating effect of resource acquisition in the incubation network by structural equation model. The results in- dicate that relational social capital of incubated enterprises in the incubation network has a significant positive ef- fect on resource acquisition and innovation performance, the impact of trust on resource acquisition and innova- tion performance is greater than the impact of commitment on resource acquisition and innovation performance. Resource acquisition has a significantly positive impact on innovation performance, the impact of resource acquisi- tion on innovation efficiency and innovation effect is similar. Resource acquisition plays a partial intermediary ef- fect between the relational social capital and innovation performance.
