摘要
采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT),在重庆市选取4~6年级小学生共829名进行了调查。发现:学生心理问题的总检出率为10.9%,至少有一项心理焦虑倾向的学生占52.5%;学生中主要存在的心理问题依次为冲动倾向、对人焦虑和恐怖倾向,其次是身体症状、学习焦虑、过敏倾向和自责倾向,只有极少数学生有孤独倾向;学校间心理健康状况差异较明显;差生的心理健康水平低于优生;孤独倾向、学习焦虑与自责倾向对学习成绩有较明显的影响。教育措施上,要考虑学校、家庭和社会诸方面协同配合。
With Mental Health Test (MHT), the authors investigated a Sample of 829 pupils from grade 4 to 6 in Chongqing. The main findings are as follows: 10.9% of the sampled pupils have psychological troubles and 52.5% have at least one sort of piety tendency. The main psychological troubles are: first, impulsion tendency, anxiety and fear with other people; second, ac symptom, learning piety, tendency of being oversensitive and Self-accusatory, with only a few tending to be isolated. There are significant differences among schools. Compared with that of students with poor grade, the psychological health conditions of excellent students are mere satisfactory. The tendency of isolation, learning anxiety and the tendency of being self-accusatory have significant -impact on pupils' school achievements. The cooperation of school, family and society should be taken into consideration in education.
