摘要
第一个组蛋白去甲基化酶(LSD1)的发现证实组蛋白的甲基化修饰并非永久性组蛋白标记,而是一个动态可调节过程。该酶通过催化去除组蛋白N末端赖氨酸上的甲基,参与染色质功能的调节,并与某些疾病,特别是和癌症的发生发展密切相关。本文主要就组蛋白去甲基化酶的催化机制及生物学功能进行文献调研与追踪,并加以归纳整理,旨在更深入的认识和探究组蛋白去甲基化酶提供理论参考。
First histone methylation enzyme (LSD1) findings confirmed that the methylation of histone modification is not a permanent group of protein markers, but a dynamic process can be adjusted. Through the enzyme catalytic removal of histone lysine on at the end of the N methyl, participate in the regulation of chromatin function, and with certain diseases, especially closely related to the occurrence of cancer development. This article mainly went histone methylation enzyme catalytic mechanism and biological function of literature investigation and tracking, and sums up, aimed at further understanding and exploring histone methylation enzyme to provide theoretical reference.
