摘要
为分析导线断裂的原因,对同一型号的导线进行不同程度的压接操作,利用小型化的X射线检测设备对压接好的导线进行X射线检测,最后对其进行拉力检测,分析X射线透照的图片和实验数据,研究结果表明,不同程度的压接对导线的强度和断裂部位有明显的影响,并初步分析得到了原断裂导线的断裂原因。
In order to analyze the reason of the fracture of a conductor, the same type of wire to carry out different degrees of compression operation, conductor was irradiated by miniaturized X ray detection equipment, finally, it carries on the tensile test, through the analysis of X images and the experimental data, results show that the different degrees of pressure on the strength of the wire and the fracture site has a significant impact, and a preliminary analysis of the reasons for the fracture of the original fault line.
