摘要
小径管射线探伤时,曝光参数的合理选择尤为重要。为解决因焦距变化所带来的参数难以选择问题,通过同一焦距不同曝光时间及同一时间焦距变化而引起底片黑度值变化实验。讨论小径管射线探伤在变焦距情况下曝光参数的选择问题,得出时间-电压-焦距曝光曲线。使小径管透照改变焦距情况下曝光参数选择问题得到解决,将优化过的小径管射线探伤曝光曲线图应用于热电厂生产实际中,证实可有效提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
For the ray detection of the small-diameter tube, the selection of exposure parameters is especially important. In order to solve the difficulty selection problem brought by the focal length changes, changes of the from black density value are caused by the same focal length of different exposure time and focal changes of the same time in. This experiment, discussing the selection of exposure parameters on the condition of the changed focal length in ray detecting of the small-diameter tube to get the exposure. Curve about the relation of time-voltage-fo- cus. The problem of the exposure parameter selection problem is solved in the case of changes the focal length of small diameter tube transmission, and the optimized path tube radiographic exposure charts are applied to the pro-duction practice of thermal power plants. It proves that they can improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost of production.
