2型糖尿病血糖波动与脑功能的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者血糖波动情况与脑功能的相关性。方法:选取2015年8月-2016年9月就诊于陆军总医院内分泌科2型糖尿病患者31例(T2DM组),选择健康志愿者(医院体检)28例作为对照组。通过3.0T磁共振扫描仪监测并收集受试者自发大脑活动变化数据,运用低频振荡幅度法(Amplitude of low frequency fluctuations,ALFF)对数据进行处理,采用Pearson相关性分析比较相应脑区ALFF值与血糖波动的关系。结果:Pearson相关分析提示T2DM患者日内平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)与左侧后扣带回、左侧顶下小叶ALFF值呈负相关(r=-0.313、-0.375,P<0.05)。结论:日内平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)对2型糖尿病患者脑功能活动产生影响,可能与抑郁的发生有关。 Objective: To investigate the correlation between blood glucose fluctuation and brain function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.nethod: From August 2015 to September 2016, 31 patients with T2DM received treatment in Army general hospital were selected as the T2DM group.At the same time, 28 healthy adults who received physicalexamination in the hospital were selected as control group.3.0T magnetic resonance scanner was used to monitor and collect the data of spontaneous brain activity changes and the amplitude of low frequency fluctuations ( ALFF ) to process the data.Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to investigate the correlation between ALFF value and MAGE.Result: Pearson correlation analysis suggested that the average blood glucose fluctuation amplitude ( MAGE ) in T2DM patients was negatively correlated with the ALFF value of Parietal-lnf-L, Cingulum-Ant-L ( r=-0.313, -0.375; P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: The effect of MAGE on the functional activity of type 2 diabetes may be related to depression.
