摘要
目的优化毛花猕猴桃根总三萜的纯化工艺。方法采用不同型号的大孔树脂对毛花猕猴桃根的醇提物进行动态吸附和解吸附实验,筛选出最佳型号的大孔树脂,通过考察上样浓度、体积、流速和乙醇浓度四个因素优化总三萜的纯化工艺。结果大孔树脂HPD826对毛花猕猴桃根中的总三萜纯化效果最为显著,上样浓度为393.67mg·L^(-1),体积为3.5BV;上样流速为1BV/h;以及50%乙醇洗脱时,对总三萜纯化效果最佳。结论该方法对毛花猕猴桃根中总三萜成分的纯化效率明显提高。
OBJECTIVE Optimization of the purification process of triterpenoid from the root of Actinidia erian- tha Benth. METHODS Dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments of crude extract from the root of Actinidia eriantha Benth. with different types of macroporous resin and screen out the best model. The optimum purification conditions were optimized by the sample volume, sample flow rate and the concentrations of ethanol. RESULTS The effect of HPD826 on the purification of triterpenoid was the best. The sample flow rate was 1 BV/h, the sample con- centration was 393.67mg L^-1, the sample volume was 3.5 BV and 50% ethanol elution, the best efficiency of trit- erpenoid. CONCLUSION The purification efficiency of triterpenoid from the root of Actinidia eriantha Benth. was significantly increased by the method.
