摘要
目的探讨不同文化程度的乙肝病毒携带者的心理特点,依据结果提出有针对性的心理护理干预措施,从而提高乙型肝炎病毒携带者的生活质量。方法于2016年10月—2017年3月,使用问卷调查的方法,通过一般资料调查表、症状自评量表SCL-90和应对方式问卷,对某三甲医院传染科定期随访的携带乙型肝炎病毒的患者及到感染科定期检查的乙肝携带者以及乙肝患者家属进行调查。结果高中以上乙肝病毒携带者SCL-90量表总分高于高中及以下乙肝病毒携带者,其各维度指标也高于高中及以下乙肝病毒携带者,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高中以上学历乙型肝炎病毒携带者的心理健康状况较差,对其心理干预尤为重要。在进行心理指导时应注意技巧,使其熟练掌握应对技能,从而改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics of hepatitis B virus carriers with different educational levels, and to propose targeted psychological nursing interventions to improve the quality of life of hepatitis B virus carriers. Methods From October 2016 to March 2017, a questionnaire survey was used, through general information questionnaire, symptom checklist SCL-90 and coping style questionnaire, the hepatitis Bvirus patients who were regularly followed up by the infectious diseases department of a third grade hospital and the HBV carriers who were checked regularly by the infectious department and the relatives of the hepatitis B patients were investigated. Results The SCL-90 score of hepatitis B virus carriers above high school was higher than than those under high school of hepatitis B virus carriers. The each dimension index was also higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It is concluded that the mental health status of hepatitis B virus carriers is higher than that of senior high school students, and it is very important for psychological intervention. In the psychological guidance should pay attention to skills, to master the skills to deal with, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
