摘要
目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒携带者心理健康状况与影响因素,并依据结果提出有针对性的护理干预措施,从而提高乙型肝炎病毒携带者的生活质量。方法于2011年1月至2011年4月期间,使用问卷调查的方法,通过一般资料调查表、症状自评量表SCL-90和应对方式问卷,对莆田市某三甲医院100例传染科门诊就诊的携带乙型肝炎病毒的患者进行调查。结果乙型肝炎病毒携带者强迫症状、焦虑、抑郁症状明显高于健康人,人际关系敏感,恐怖低于正常人。且患者的心理状态与社会支持系统呈显着负相关。结论乙型肝炎病毒携带者的心理健康状况较差,对其心理干预显得尤为重要,特别是在目前缺乏有效药物治疗的状况下。在进行心理指导时应注意技巧,使其熟练掌握应对技能,从而改善患者的生活质量。
Objective Investigate the Mental Health and influencing factors of Hepatitis B virus carriers,find the corresponding care interventions,then improve the life quality of Hepatitis B virus carriers.Method During January 2011 - April 2011,a survey,using the general data sheet,the symptom checklist SCL-90 and Coping Style Questionnaire,was made in 100 Hepatitis B virus carriers of the Department of Infectious Diseases of one of the top three hospitals in Putian.Result The obsessive compulsive,anxiety and depression symptoms of Hepatitis B virus carriers was significantly higher than healthy people.They are more sensitive in communication than the normal.Besides,the psychological state of these patients is obviously in inverse proportion to the social support system.Conclusion The mental health of Hepatitis B virus carriers is poor.In the present conditions of the absence of effective drug treatment,psychological intervention is important.However,during the course of psychological treatment,we should strengthen the guidance of coping skills,help them learn to use mature coping methods,then improve the life quality of the patients.
