摘要
目的对采用益气活血通痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效进行分析。方法 84例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,各42例。对照组使用常规西药治疗,观察组使用益气活血通痹汤进行治疗。观察两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者治疗显效25例、有效15例、无效2例,总有效率为95.24%(40/42);对照组患者治疗显效15例、有效17例、无效10例,总有效率为76.19%(32/42);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.2222,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率0低于对照组11.90%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.3165,P<0.05)。结论使用益气活血通痹汤对糖尿病周围神经病变进行治疗,可起到增加临床疗效的作用,并实现对不良反应的控制,效果显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 84 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received conventional western medicine for treatment, and the observation group received Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi decoction for treatment. Clinical effect was observed in two groups. Results The observation group had 25 excellent cases, 15 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 95.24% （40/42）, while the control group had 15 excellent cases, 17 effective cases and 10 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 76.19% （32/42）. The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （X^2=6.2222, P〈0.05）. The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 0 than 11.90% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （X^2=5.3165, P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi decoction has the effect of increasing clinical curative effect, and realizing the control of adverse reaction, and the effect is remarkable.
