摘要
糖尿病性神经病变是糖尿病的常见慢性并发症之一,可引起神经系统结构和功能的改变。糖尿病性神经病变的机理复杂而又不甚明了。近年来发现糖尿病性神经病变与血管、代谢、神经营养因子、自身免疫、炎症反应、氧自由基、损伤和遗传等因素相关。本文就近年来糖尿病性神经病变机理的研究及进展作一综述。
The diabetic neuropathy is one of the most common complications of the diabetes, and impairs the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system. In recent years, there are newer and further discoveries via the animal experiments and clinical researches in the diabetic neuropathy. The vessels, metabolism, neurotrophic factors, autoimmune, inflammation response, oxygen - derived free radidicals and genetic factor are playing very important roles in the pathogenesis of the diabetic ncuropathy. The article is to summarize the progress of the researches on the mechanism of the diabetic neuropathy in recent years.
