摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）是糖尿病主要的慢性并发症之一,也是糖尿病患者致残的主要原因,发病率可高达60%~90%;临床上尚无特效疗法。中医药对本病的治疗有其独特的优势,并取得了一定的进展,且无明显的不良反应。目前将西医制药技术用于中药,将中药单方提取出来的诸多有效成分对本病的治疗有其独特的优势和良好的疗效,并取得了一定的进展,且无明显的不良反应。中医辨证用药,具有用药准确,针对每一个体的优点。本文将上述两种情况临床常用剂型及症型在治疗方面的进展做一综述,以使临床医师在工作中有所帮助。
The diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）is one of the main chronic complications of diabetes,it is also the main reason for disability in patients with diabetes,the incidence may be as high as 60%~90%;there is no specific therapy in clinic.Chinese medicine treatment of the disease has its unique advantage,and has made certain progress,without obvious adverse reaction.At present,the western medicine pharmaceutical technology has been used in traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine extracts which are effective components of treatment of this disease have its unique advantages and good curative effect,and have made some progress,and no obvious adverse reaction.Chinese dialectical medication,is accurate for each individual.The clinical commonly used preparations and disease type in terms of treatment were summarized,in order to make help for the clinicians.
