石墨烯/TiO_2陶瓷薄膜的制备及其摩擦学性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶技术制备石墨烯/TiO_2陶瓷薄膜,用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)对其表面形貌进行表征,用X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射(UV-vis)对其组成成分进行分析,利用高速往复式摩擦磨损试验仪考察石墨烯/TiO_2陶瓷薄膜的表面摩擦学性能.试验表明:石墨烯存在于陶瓷膜表面及层间;陶瓷薄膜经过热处理后,石墨烯并未发生氧化.陶瓷薄膜具有良好的减摩特性,其摩擦系数可低于0.1;随石墨烯含量上升,摩擦系数呈降低趋势;同时其耐磨性良好,36 000次往复摩擦后,陶瓷薄膜保持其完整性. Single and multiple-layer graphene/TiO2 (GT) ceramic films were obtained by sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscope, and UV-vis diffuse reflection spectroscope were used to investigate the structure. The tribological properties of GT ceramic films were investigated using a reciprocating ball-on- plate configuration. Interestingly, the GT ceramic films were decorated by graphene nanoplatelets on surface and at interlayer. After heat treatment, graphene kept non-oxidized. The GT ceramic films showed excellent antifriction properties that the minimum frictional coefficient is less than 0.1. As graphene amount increased, low friction coefficient and higher wear resistance were observed. The GT ceramic films showed the excellent wear resistant properties after sliding for 36 000 cycles.
