摘要
白芍药最早载于《神农本草经》,是一味历史悠久、应用广泛、收效良好的中药。张志远先生吸收师祖及先贤应用白芍经验,临床加减配伍运用得心应手,形成了自己的用药特色。先生在临床上使用白芍多与甘草、桂枝、柴胡、附子、熟地黄、乌头配伍,组成药对,对白芍用量的调整亦灵活多变,以更好发挥白芍止痛、柔肝、敛阴等作用,扩大了白芍的治疗范围,提高了疗效,经验丰富,颇值得学习借鉴。
The earliest medicinal use of debark peony root was documented in Shennong＇s Classic of Materia Medica. It is a traditional Chinese medicine with long history, wide application and good effect. Mr. ZHANG Zhiyuan absorbes the medicinal experience from masters and sages about debark peony root. He uses debark peony root in clinical practice with ease and has formed his own characteristics. Mr. ZHANG uses debark peony root together with other herbs, say, liquorice root, cinnamon twig, Chinese thorowax root, prepared common monkshood daughter root, prepared rehmannia root and aconite main rootto com- pose herb pairs. And he also puts emphasis on the dose. By this way, the effect of Radix Paeoniae Alba is improved and the scope of its application is expanded. In short, Mr. ZHANG Zhiyuan＇s experience of couplet medicine of Radix Paeoniae Albais is worthy of analyzing.
