摘要
基于张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中用芍药通利小便,通过梳理总结历代本草著作对芍药功效的论述,并结合古代医案及现代相关临床应用报道,考证芍药究竟有无利小便的功效,为芍药的现代研究与解决临床用芍药的困扰提供理论依据。
The article investigates whether peony(Paeonia lactiflora)possesses diuretic effects,as mentioned in Zhang Zhongjing s Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases for promoting urination.By systematically reviewing discussions on peony s efficacy in historical Chinese materia medica texts,analyzing ancient medical case records,and incorporating modern clinical application reports,this study aims to provide theoretical foundations for contemporary research on peony and address clinical uncertainties regarding its use.
