摘要
新疆草原面积辽阔,生态群落丰富,而近年来,由于人为和自然的因素,草原退化较严重,自2011年起,国家和自治区都在不断地加大对草原生态的奖补。本文从生态环境与社会效益方面通过数据对比分析新疆草原生态保护奖补政策实施前后的变化,评价草原奖补政策在实施中存在的不足并提出相应的对策。
Xinjiang grassland area was vast, rich in ecological communities, and in recent years, because of the artificial and natural factors, the grassland degradation of serious, since 2011, the state and the autonomous region had been increase prize for grassland ecology. In this paper, from the aspects of ecological environment and social benefit through the data analyzed of xinjiang grassland ecological protection award policy changes before and after the implementation, evaluation of grassland prize for policy in the implementation of the deficiencies and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
